NOTICE OF INTENT

 

Comes now, Connor Schilling, through undersigned coensel,
and respectfully states as follows:

1. By order of Court of December 8, 2015, the Court has
allowed the Respondent until December 15, 2015, to advise the
Court of his intention regarding whether to request a further
stay pending application for permission to appeal.

2. In his response, Mr. Schilling took the position, that
he did not object to the release of the TBI Investigative File.
However, he did assert that the file should not be released
until after the Department of Justice completed any

investigation which it may undertake.

3. Mr. Schilling does hereby state that he does not
intend to request a further stay nor does he intend to apply for

permission to appeal.
