Statement by Automation Personnel Services President Stephen Nordness Oct. 22, 2015 We started 25 years ago on three basic principles: hard work, honesty and fairness. We have a very strict, zero tolerance policy against discrimination. It isn’t just illegal, it’s immoral. That’s why we train all our employees on “Steve’s Rule.” The rule states if any employee acts against our guiding principles, not only is that person subject to termination, but the entire office is as well. We’ve taken action based on “Steve’s Rule” in the past. The need to do so has been the rare exception, and that’s a credit to the people we have.
