permit the victim, Mildred 1., an elder, to suffer, and inflicted thereon, unjusti?able-mental suffering,
and reasonably knew. and reasonably should have known that Mildred J., was an elder, in violation of
Penal Code ?368(c), a misdemeanor.

Unauthorized Invasion of Privacy, Penal Code 

On or about October 9, 2015, defendant LaToya Walker, did unlaw?nlly use a concealed
smartphone camera to secretly photograph and record by electronic means another identi?able person
to wit, Mildred J., who may have been in a state of full or partial undress, for the purpose of viewing
the body of that other person without the consent and knowledge of the other person in the interior of
a bathroom in which that other person had a reasonable expectation of privacy, with the intent to
invade the privacy of that other person, in violation of Penal Code a misdemeanor.
