Dear Mr.-

The Department has received the repayment of $8,604.00 for State and
Federal Operating Assistance overpayments made to East Central 
Mass Transit District for periods covering fiscal years July 1, 2008 through
June 30, 2013 as determined by the above referenced state audit report
previously lorward to you.

The Department now considers the grants related to East Central Illinois
Mass Transit District operation settled and closed. Any remaining lunds
that were derived during grant activities in the projects must remain in the
public transportation project. Therefore these remaining lunds should be
conveyed to the current grantee Rides Mass Transit District.
