To Assistant Building Inspector Lavalasse,

This letter is regarding the problem with 50 Commerce Street where you lied about my
ordering you to issue a of O. The same building where in the presence of Union rep Judy
Marone you stated Inspector Booker told you to issue the first memo which was subsequently
leaked to the press. After realizing the memo needed clarification asked for another memo.
Then the second memo was issued.

In Oct. of 2014 I sent the attached memo to the Building Department. I asked during the
recent meeting with Union Rep Judy Marone if you received the memo which you replied
"yes". I then asked if you have ever signed off, against Village policy, on any of 0?s prior to
this which you replied 

Just this month I have discovered that you have signed off on many of 0?s. I then called a
meeting with yourself, Inspector Booker, and Deputy Inspector Carmona. posed the question
if you haVe ever signed off on any of 0?s which you at first answered When I asked
again you said maybe four. As of now we have seven of 0?s signed by you. We are still
looking for the possibility of more.
