Question: Some ofthe brothers have committed violations in the matter of the treatment of the
female slaves. These violations are not permitted by Sharia law, because these rules have not been
dealt with in ages. Are them any warnings pertaining to this matter? May Allah protect you.

Praise be to Allah, prayer and peace be upon cur Prophet. Muhammad, his household and all ofhls
campanions.

One of on the graces which Allah has besiowed upon the, State of Caliphate ls conquest at" large
surface areas of the counuy and ans of the inevitable consequences of thcjihad ofestablishmem is
that women and children cf in?dcls will become captives of Muslims. Consequently, it is
necessazy to clarify some rules pertaining to captured prisoners to avoid any violations in dealing
with them. .
Therefore we say, and may Allah grant us success: .

?It is not permissible for the owner of a female captive to have intercourse with her until after she

has had her menstrual cycle and becomes clean.

- Ifshe does not manslmate and is pregnant, he is not allowed to have intercourse with her until
after she has given birth.

It is net permissible to cause her ta abort if she is pregnantfemale captive wleases her, only he can have intercom with her and he is
cannot allow someone else to have intercourse with her.

If the ownex of a female captive, who has a daughter suitable for intercowse, has sexual relations
with the latter, he is not pemzitted to have intercourse with her mather and she is permanently aff-
limits to him. Should he have interccurse with her mother than he is not pemittad to have
intemmse with hat daughter and she is to be off-1. to him.

The owner of two sisters is not allowed t0 have: mterccurse with both of them; rather he may only
have intercourse with just one. The other sister is to be had by him, if he were to relinquish
ownetship of the ?rst sister by selling her, giving he; away or releasing her.

- If the female captive is Owned by a father, his sen cannot have intercourse with her and vice
versa. Moreover, interwuxse with his wife's female captive is 3150 not permissible.

- Ifa father had intercourse with his female captive then gave her away or sold her to his son, he is
not longer permitted to have intercourse with her.

- If the female captive becomes pregnant by her omen he camel: 561! bar and she is released a?er
his death.

- If the owner releases his female. captive than he is not permtted to have intercourse ?with her
a?erwards because has become free and is no longer his propeny.

- If two 01: more individuals are involved in purchasing a female captive, none of them are
permi?cd to have intercourse with her because all?: is part of ajoint ownership.

.- It is not permissible ta ham intermurse with a female captive during her menstmal cycle.

It is not pennissible to have anal sex with a. female captive.

The owner cf a female captive should Show compassian towards her, be kind to: bar, not
humiliate her, and not assign her work she is unable to perfenn.

- The owner (if a female captive should not sell her to an individual whom he knows will tram he:
badly or do unto but what Allah has farbidden.
