John and Steph Hurst will talk you though the LCF numbers when you meet later. I would note we are proposing to
move to a new lower wholesale price forecast (which results in a signi?cant reduction in our projection of bills), that
we have all been aware of the FiTs issue and the perils of demand-led schemes, and that the revision to load factors
is a result of a DECC commissioned study. But the numbErs are a serious concern and we will need to work closely
together on cost control options.
