Subject: Nonpublic School Compliance Investigation Case #NPS-1029-1415-02
On December 16, 2015, the California Department of Education (CDE) conducted an
unannounced follow-up site visit to the nonpublic school (NPS) and observed the
operations of the school, interviewed school staff, and reviewed documentation
associated with the NPS certification requirements. As of December 17, 2015, all of the
required corrective actions issued to the NPS associated with investigation case NPS1029-1415-02, were received and determined to meet the requirements of special
education law. Therefore, investigation case NPS-1029-1415-02, is closed.
The CDE has amended the 2015 and 2016 calendar year NPS certifications to
APPROVED status, and copies of these documents can be downloaded from the
California Accountability and Improvement System Web site.
