Honourable Finance Minister will be holding Pre-Budget consultations with
different stakeholder groups in connection with the Union Budget 2016-17. In this
regard, the meeting with representatives from IT (Hardware Software) Group is
scheduled for January 7, 2016 from 1 1.00 AM to 1.00 PM in the Ministry of Finance.
Room No.72, Gate No.2, North Block, New Delhi.

contribute to the deliberations. I also request you to send your confirmation of
participation to Shri Virender Singh, Addl. Economic Adviser
(virender. usta'zb'nicin) and Shri Md. Aflab Alarn (Email: A
brief note on suggestions for the consideration of the Hon'ble Finance Minister may
also be sent to these e-mail ID sufficiently prior to the date of meeting. 15 hard copies
of the same may also be submitted to Shri Md. Afiab Alam, Economic Officer at
Room No. 249. North Block, New Delhi.

The Department of Economic Affairs will reimburse return air fare (only
Economy Class) or actual rail/bus fare, as the case may be. In addition, a lumpsum
allowance of Rs. 1500/- (towards local transport and other incidental expenses) will
be paid to the invitees from outside Delhi. For the Delhi based participants, a lump
sum amount of Rs. 1000/- will be provided for transport.
