Decision A decision was made on your request by Mr. Eamon Saunders, an Assistant Principal in this Department who has decided to grant your request. The Morris Tribunal was responsible for its own administrative arrangements including the development of its website. Fanore Software was engaged by the Tribunal to design and host a website for it. A copy of the letter from the Tribunal to Fanore Software setting out details of the arrangements between them is being released. Fanore Software was paid a total of ?14,474.80 between June 2002 and March 2009 in relation to the development and hosting of the site for the Morris Tribunal. A schedule of payments is being released. Given the interest that still remains in the Tribunal, the Department has decided to reinstate the website. It may be accessed at its original address morristribunal.ie. Transcripts in relation to days 429 to 686 are currently available on the site and arrangements are in hand to make the transcripts for the remaining days of the public hearings available. It should be noted that daily transcripts relating to sittings in private session are subject to an Order of the Chairman and will not be released. Rights of Appeal if you are dissatisfied with the above decision you may seek an internal review of same by writing to me within 20 working days of the date of this noti?cation, referring to this decision in your letter. The making of a late appeal may be permitted in appropriate circumstances. The appeal will involve a complete reconsideration of the matter by a more senior member of the staff of this body and the decision will be communicated to you within 15 working days. Please note that on making an appeal in relation to non personal records under the FOI Act, 1997 to this Department, a fee of 75 must accompany your application. A reduced fee of 25 applies if you are covered by a medical card, in which case you should supply details of the medical card registration number and issuing health board together with your consent to the veri?cation of these details with the relevant health board. An appeal request cannot be accepted until the above fee is received.
