Throughout that time I have known him to be an upstanding, law abiding citizen. Additionally, I have observed him on numerous occasions at his place of work and know that he is well respected by both his employer as well as the employees that he supervises. I know Mr. Bustos has a great deal of remorse for the crime he committed and worked hard to repay his debt to society and to his community. He continues to be an active, contributing member of his community through his work on behalf of several worthy local causes. I respectfully request that you give these factors due consideration as you review Mr. Bustos's petition.
