res, this situation is an abuse of the system running 2 centers without proper safety procedures and with double-
revenue from a single expense. Beiieve we ail have enough information now to make the proper decision

Shana was the previous owner of 9 Zeissner. The house was transferred from Ghana to Congregation lviosdos thille

in 2013. According to lvlanny, the cease and desist order was hand delivered on 5/2/15. In the order thei'e are ?ve
items listed that needs to be remedied for the 9 Zeissner property. If ALL of those items had not begun to be remedied,
summons would be issued within 7 days. Apparently, theproper owners received the letter since they have begun
correcting. I'm not sure what significance the submission of the architect has on the current issue at hand.

Regardless of the actions ta ken by the 1village, the safety of the children should be first and foremost. There in concern
of egress issues which are not up to par to operate two sites side by side. What action has OCFS Legal department
recommended? It is clear that at this moment in time, the home is considered a single family home. Will your office's
position continue to aliow two GFDC operating out of the iower level of a high ranch?

Please advise, in order for 053 to make a decision regarding these programs and the Subsidy program.
