Mosdos thille Good morning Frances, DSS staff yisited 9 Zeissner Lane, Spring Valley today. There are TWO licensed group fa mily's running out of a single family residence. The question that came up is how are two licensed group families running out of a single family home? Do you have evidence to support that it is a multi -unit dwelling? There are discrepancies with DSS records and OCFS records. There is a fellow by the name of szi Friedman-submitting pays?tubs to DSS that he is employed at Community Enrichment, however, he is not listed on the staff list. Usually the staff report lists all household members, but the Goldman family isonly listed on one. Should Mr. and Mrs. Jacob Goldman and family be listed on both sites as household members? When the DSS staff person was there today, it appeared that both sites were running as one. There was no tables or chairs in one of the rooms. The walls were decorated as a classroom, but the children were sitting on Xerox boxes, 053 has 20-22 children authorized to these two sites each month, of which they bill for no more than their 15 limit capacity. During the yisit there were only six children in CEC, which none of them we re subsidy children. Congregation Mosdos- thille also had only 6 children present, which were all subsidy. So as you can see, we haye some concerns. Please take appropriate action and advise ifthe dwelling is appropriate for two groupfamilies to be operating out of this site. Once again, we appreciate all of your help.
