A two famin is a two family- the programs operate two separate programs, not one. We. will investigate the operating
together part of this issue. The homes are legal, and their licenses are legal, what is in question for us is how their are
we ?gure out if they work as one or maintain separate-sometimes they start out doing the right thing,
then forget and make it easy on themselves. We are here to remind them of the regulations and their responsibilities.
