Defendant,
Brenda Swintosky, acting as Court Officer for Algoma Police Department, being first duly
sworn, states that:

 

1: FIRST DEGREE HECKLESS ENDANGEHMENT

The above-named defendant on or about Sunday. February 13, 2007 at 4:00 PM, in the
City of Algoma. Kewaunee County, Wisconsin, did recklessly endanger the safety of
Tabitha Krueger, under circumstances which show utter disregard for human life, contrary
to sec. 941.30i1), Wis. Stats, a Class Felony, and upon conviction may be
fined not more than Twenty Five Thousand Dollars or imprisoned not more than
twelve (12) years and six (6) months, or both.

Count 2: CONDUCT

The above-named defendant on or about Sunday, February 13, 2007 at 4:00 PM, in the
City of Algoma, Kewaunee County, Wisconsin, while in a private place, did engage in
violent conduct, under circumstances in which such conduct tended to cause a
disturbance, contrary to sec. 947.01, Wis. Stats, a Class Misdemeanor,
and upon conviction may be fined not more than One Thousand Dollars or
imprisoned not more than ninety (90) days, or both.

PROBABLE CAUSE:
This complaint is based on the reports of Neil Dcrner known to the complainant to be an

officer with the Algoma Police Department, who has provided true and reliable information
in the past.

OF WISCONSIN - VS - Michael Krucgcr

Officer Dorner reports that on Sunday February 18th 2006, at approximately 1600 Hours,
he was dispatched to 287 Seventh Street in the city of Algoma to investigate a report of a
male party who threatened somebody with a knife at that residence. Dispatch informed
Officer Dorner that the male party, Michael Krueger, had left the scene and is on foot,
described as wearing a sweat shirt and blue jeans, with holes in the knees of the jeans.

Officer Dorner observed a male party matching Krueger's description walking west bound
on Navarino Street at Mill Street. Officer Dorner confirmed that he was Mike Krueger.
Officer Dorner asked Michael to explain what was going on today. Michael stated he just
lost his temper. Officer Dorner asked if he threatened anyone with a knife. Michael stated
he held a knife to his sister because he was upset with her. Michael stated he threw the
knife in the house and it should still be there.

Officer Dorner kept Michael in the back seat of squad 225 as Officer Dorner collected
statements from the witnesses, Tammy Krueger, Tabitha Krueger, and Dashmir Ademi.
Tabitha stated that her brother Michael was arguing because he wanted to bring a dog into
the home but they would not let him. Tabitha said that she was sitting in a chair when
Michael became extremely angry and pulled out a folding knife with a blade shaped as a
lighting bolt. Michael flipped open the blade of the knife'and pulled his arm back as if he
was going to thrust the knife into her. Michael screamed, "It you don't shut the fuck up, I
swear to god. I will stab your fucking ass!" Michael was within arms length away and
could have stabbed her with the knife if he would have extended his arm. Oashmir then
stepped between herself and Michael. Michael then became more upset and started
screaming. Michael then threw the knife across the living room causing it to stick into the
west wall of the living room. Officer Dorner did observe a cut in the wall where the knife
entered the wall. Tabitha stated that Michael then left the trailer home.

Officer Dorner spoke with Tammy Krueger who witnessed the incident and told him the
same information and stated that after Michael grabbed his shoes and left she contacted
911.

Based on the foregoing, the complainant believes this complaint to be true and correct.
