All records and information related to any research about the for-hire vehicle industry, whether or not such research produced information included in the ?For?Hire Vehicle Transportation Study.? This request extends to all relevant records and information in the custody of every New York City agency, as well as in the custody of all units of the Of?ce of the Mayor. This request is also comprehensive in the types of records and information being sought. Those include, but are not limited to: All records and information related to the retention of consultants, such as requests for proposals or bidding invitations issued to all potential contractors, communications with all potential contractors, scope- of?work speci?cations, evaluations of proposals and executed contracts. All records and information entailing post-contractual communications with any consultants retained by the city in relation to the report or in relation to any other research about the for-hire vehicle industry. All records and information. including reports and communications by and among city of?cials, related in any way to such consultants and or to any other such research before and after the execution of any contracts. All records and information related to the work product provided to the city by such consultants, including the work product itself. All records or information produced by city of?cials in relation to the consultant work product. including reports or communications about the work product by and among city of?cials, as well as by and among city of?cials and any such consultant. 4 New York Plaza, New York, NY 10004-2413 Page Two Hinton All statistical or factual data and tabulations related to the ?For-Hire Vehicle Transportation Study? or to the for-hire vehicle industry generally. even if such data or tabulations are contained in documents that might otherwise be exempt from disclosure. Any records or information produced from June 1, 2014 to date, and related to research by city employees about the for-hire vehicle industry, including communications among city employees both in any unit of the mayor?s of?ce and in city agencies. Any records or information related to the identities and salaries of city employees who prepared or helped prepare the ?For-Hire Vehicle Transportation Study." Any records or information that is not related to the ?For-Hire Vehicle Transportation Study,? but does relate to the possibility of a link between the for-hire vehicle industry and traf?c congestion. This should include all records and information related to the preparation of an Op-Ed article written by Mayor de Blasio and published by the Daily News on July 18, 2015. The Daily News agrees to pay reasonable duplication fees for the processing of this request in an amount not to exceed $100. Please notify me prior to your incurring any expenses in excess of that amount. If the Daily News request is denied in whole or in part. please justify all denies or deletions by reference to the speci?c exemptions of FOIL that you contend are applicable.
