Law Of?ce, PC Charging Party 53 W. Jackson Blvd., Suite 701 Chicago, Illinois 60604 V. Personnel Staf?ng Group, LLC dba MVP I 666 Dundee Road Respondent Suite 201 Illinois 60062 DETERMINATION Under the authority vested in me by the Commission?s Procedural Regulations, I issue the following determination on the merits-of the subject charge ?led under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended (Title VII). Respondent is and employer within the meaning of the Title VII, and all requirements for coverage have been met. - Charging Party alleges that Respondent retaliated against her for engaging in protected activity by filing a lawsuit against her, in violation of Title VII. I have determined that the evidence obtained in the investigationestablishes reasonable cause to believe that Respondent discriminated against Charging Party based on retaliation for engaging in protected activityby ?ling a law suit against her, in violation of Title VII. This determination is ?nal. When the Commission ?nds that violations have occurred, it attempts to eliminate unlaw?il practices by informal methods of conciliation. Therefore, I invite the parties to join with the Commissibn in reaching a just resolution of this matter. Disclosure of information obtained by the Commission during the conciliation process will be made only in accordance with the Commission?s Procedural Regulations (29 CPR. Part 1601.26). A representative of this of?ce will be in contact with each party in the near future to begin the conciliation prOCess. When the Respondent declines to enter into conciliation discussions, or when the Commission?s representative for any other reason, is unable to secure a conciliation accepted to the Of?ce Director, the Director shall so inform the parties in writing.
