The Court DECLARES that the Resolution 2 permitting religious prayer in Board meetings, 3 and the policy and custom of reciting prayers, 4 Bible readings, and proselytizing at Board 5 meetings, constitute unconstitutional 6 government endorsements of religion in 7 violation of Plaintiffs’ First Amendment 8 rights. 9 2. Defendants James Na, Sylvia Orozco, Andrew Cruz 10 and Irene Hernandez-Blair, members of the Chino 11 Valley Unified School District Board of 12 Education in their official representative 13 capacities, are hereby ENJOINED from 14 conducting, permitting or otherwise endorsing 15 school-sponsored prayer in Board meetings. 16 3.
