Eackgronnd This program analyst position reports directly to the DAA and provides expert knowledge of TSA's mission, organizational structure, and core functions. The position interacts with key stakeholders and partners in the Intelligence community. The position is responsible for establishing metrics to monitor, track and analyze program operations and identifies issues and concerns and provides recommendations to the BAA of 01A. The incumbent will be Iesponsiblfi: for managing a variety of complex projects from definition to completion with minimal supervision l-lc/She plans. coordinates details of and supports high-level meetings within 01A and with eross~fiinctional representation (inside or outside TSA). 01A identified a need for a highly qualified candidate to {'11 osition and had a qualifications analysis completed by IlRAccess who determined flu; be highly qualified. w\vw.tsn.guv Discussion --has served as the Executive Assistant to the Deputy Administrator of TSA and has been instrumental in the success ofthat office. 'displays expert knowledge of TSA programs and policies, and provides effective ad 'ce to leadership on a range of issues. In her previous role as a Federal Air Marshal Wdeveloped mutually beneficial relationships between foreign government and air or oftie is. She exhibited exceptional interpersonal skills while operating in a highly sensitive and ble environment, carrying out the mission with little or no supervision. She demonstrated superior tack, discretion and judgment when dealing with both sensitive and classified information. The benefit of having-as a Program Analyst in the Front Office of OIA will allow 01A to utilize the experience she has in dealing with Senior TSA officials and external stakeholders. Her knowledge of TSA practices and principles will be instrumental in the continued success of CIA. She can hit the ground running without twining that would he required ofsorneone without her relevant experience In addition to the accomplishments in the Deputy Administrator-'5 office, -has a Masters of Art degree in Intelligence from the American Public University. In obtain: this degree, she has gained substantive knowledge and analytic skills that can be used in this role, _5 current base salary is $61,462 with a locality pay of $14,886 and Availability Pay of $19,087 for a total adjusted salary of $95,431 The 28.75% increase would bring her base salary to $79,132 with a locality pay of $19,166 fora total adjusted salary of $98,298 for this non-competitive promotion.
