i had a good conversation'with Ana Mari last-evening and I believe shehas a very constructive approach to a potential
compensation arrangement (along the lines of what we Spoke of). Also. she indicated that her impression was that the
Regents were targeting next Tuesday to announce her appointment. if this is the ease you may want to move up your

calls with the committee.
