34] Eastern parkway

We, the tenants at 341 Eastern Parkway, know that the workers in our building take great
pride in their work, ensuring that our building runs smoothly, safely, and securely. We pay
top-dollar for the services provided by the building which has always included a 24/7
doorman. Having an actual doorman makes us feel Safer; it is comforting knowing that a
familiar face will be in the lobby whenever we get home.

We are signing this petition in support of our in person doormen. We want the employees
that have taken care of our building to remain in the building. Also, as per the the
DHCR (Division of Housing and Community Renewal) we understand, that management
must submit a request to make changes in service, in any case, we reserve our right to
appeal, if we must.
