coordinated by Marie Galbraith which we have referred to as the "Bootsic report? is
published. we will semi you a copy. This report is an unusual combined effort of the three
major UFO organizations. We believe that it is nuitc factual and avoids sensationalism_
We. of course. would he very much interested in your reaction.

As you suggested. we will ask those who worked on the report. to put forward own
or three names who might be candidates for a pilot project to assess the usefulness of the
expanded amnesty program we have Urged. We would hope there could he a public-private
review of this effort coordinated by your of ?ne.
