This Act may be cited as the ‘‘No Taxpayer Support

5 for Apple Act’’.

SEC. 2. PROHIBITION ON PURCHASE.

No agency or other entity within the executive, legis-

3 lative, or judicial branch of the Federal Government may
4 purchase any product manufactured by, licensed by, or
5 otherwise sold under the trademark of Apple Inc. of 1 Infi6 nite Loop, Cupertino, California (hereafter referred to
7 ‘‘Apple’’) until a court of Federal jurisdiction certifies that
8 Apple has provided the Federal Government with the tech9 nical support necessary to access encrypted information
10 sought by a judicial warrant that may be materially rel11 evant to the investigation of commission of terrorism.
