Bic. planned on conducting a traf?c stop for the vehicle running through the stop sign. Prior to activating anv emergency.r equipment, The Mitsubishi sped up in a reckless manner and travelled south bound on Bruton Blvd. Bic. immediately slowed his vehicle and advised Briando Police Communications of a reckless vehicle travelling south bound on Bruton Blvd. He did not follow this vehicle, due to the fact that he felt like the driver was attempting to evade him. CPD C?icer Bruns 15204- Cfficer Eruns provided a sworn written statement, advising that he arrived to Orlando Fiegional Medical Center, after speaking with and Die Hurt over the phone about the incident and their observations. Elruns also spoke with Fiine ll 15939 and Clo Campbell 19999, who both remained present with Travis Hall as he was transported to Hine and Campbell both heard Travis Ball tell the nurse that he took ?Molly? and that he "Drank a lot". Based on all the provided information, Elfc Eruns established reasonable suspicion to believe that Travis Bail was operating a motor vehicle while impaired by alcohol or drugs. Clo Eruns read Travis Ball implied consent warning at approximately 9419 hours and requested that Travis Elall provide a sample of his blood to test for the presence of alcohol or chemical substances.
