DEAR MR. FALLS:

Pursuant to Code of Alabama 1975: Section 38-7?3, a complaint received concerning the above
referenced exempt child care center is hereby referred to you. Section 38-7-3 states in part, "The
district attorney of the county in which the preschool program is located shall, upon proper
presentment of charges, investigate at his discretion any allegation against an},r such church under
the laws of the State of Alabama."

 
 

 
 

      

       alleged that her son               was spanked by Mr. Bass. Mr.
Bass is the Pastor's son on October 16, 2014. Ms. stated that complained that his
buttock hurt but it was not until approximately 8:45 pm. that she noticed the bruises. At
approximately 9:00 Ms.-called the daycare to inquire about the bruises on 
. buttock but was unable to reach anyone. Please refer to enclosures for additional information.
