Pursuant to Code of Alabama 1975, Section '38u7?3, a complaint received concerning the above
referenced exempt child care center is hereby referred to you. Section 38-7-3 states in part, "The
district attorney of the county in which the preschool program is located shall, upon proper 
presentment ot?charges, investigate at his discretion any allegation against any such church under
the laws of the State of Alabama."
