Fences. The Purchaser shall at his own expense erect and for ever maintain permanent boundary fences along the boundaries of the property hereby conveyed marked "T" on the said plan. 3. Nature of buildings. No building (including any substituted for any existing building) shall be erected or used upon the said land otherwise than for the purpose of a private dwellinghouse or stabling motor house and offices to be occupied therewith. The height of such latter buildings shall not exceed 18 feet from the ground to top of roof Nothing shall be done or permitted by the Purchaser which may be or occasion any damage or nuisance to the owners or occupiers of any other land now or hereafter belonging to the Vendors or their successors in title PROVIDED ALWAYS that this stipulation shall not prevent the erection of a lodge or gardener's or coachman's or chauffeur's cottage to be occupied in connection with any dwellinghouse to be erected on the said land but nothing herein contained shall authorise the erection of any such buildings as aforesaid except simultaneously with or subsequently to the erection of a private dwellinghouse The houses and all other erections of every description shall be faced with facing bricks stone or stucco or tile hanging or other proper material Red sand faced tiles or other approved tiles or slates only shall be used for all roofs. No other buildings or erections of any kind or description shall be built erected or placed on the said land without the previous consent in writing of the Vendors or their successors in title. 4. No linen or other material of any kind or description shall be hung up to dry or exhibited or exposed on the land hereby agreed to be sold or any part thereof 5. Roads. The Purchaser shall pay to the Vendors the sum of £24.10.0 per annum as a contribution towards the cost of maintaining the roads and footpaths abutting on the premises hereby conveyed until the same shall be taken over by the Local Authority Such contribution shall be paid on the 25 March in every year the first payment to be made on the 25 March 1933. 6. CARAVANS etc. No hut shed hoarding advertisement caravan house on wheels or other temporary structure shall be erected made placed used or allowed to remain on the said premises and the Vendors may remove and dispose of any such erection or any such other thing and for the purpose may break or remove fences and forcibly enter upon the said premises and shall not be responsible for the safe keeping of anything so removed or for the loss thereof or any damage thereto or to any fence. 7. REGISTERING DEEDS All Conveyances (except Mortgages) and Leases for terms exceeding 21 years and Assignments of such Leases of all or any part of the said land shall be registered within three months after the execution thereof by leaving a notice and producing the deed at the office of the Vendors Solicitors paying a fee of 10/6 for each such registration. 8.
