website. Hence, I have not included copies of these documents in my response. This is in
accordance with section 18(d) of the CIA.

In response to the second part of your request, there have been no Cabinet papers or
corresponding minutes on New Zealand?s Open Government Participation since 1 January
2015.

You have the right under section 28(3) ofthe CIA to complain to the Ombudsman regarding this
response.
