Re Cofic investments 

Dear Mr Diaz,

This will answer your email of the 9th instant, which i found only upon my return from
a short trip abroad. As i have already indicated, 1 have not seen recently my clients,
the UBOs of the above Company. I shall remind you that, as have already
indicated repeatedly, the above Company is an underlying Company of Silo
Foundation, the U80 of which is Mr Zhiyuan and/or his wife Xiaolin 
(for the reason indicated above, I do not know exactly what are the present
arrangements between them regarding the above Foundation). Both Mr and 
are Chinese citizen and attach hereto a certified copy of their respective passport; I
do not have, at this stage, evidence of their residential address, which is Unit 109,
Courtyard A-15, Wan Shu Lu Street, Beijing, People Republick of China 10036.

Regarding the source of funds, it is business profits: my clients have provided,
through Cofic, services to other clients of my Office who were exporting heavy
industrial equipment from Europe to China.
