Here is a list of my concerns: • One sheet has three names that have no dates of when they signed the petition. The names I am challenging are Estelle Morissette, Robert Thibodeau and Rachel Thibodeau. Clearly, none of these signatures have a date and so the form is not filled out correctly. If you Jook at the bottom of the back of the page, you can see that the person checking it considered reducing the number of signatures on that page to be 3, then 2, and then back up to 5 signatures. Two is the correct number number of signatures for that sheet • One sheet has Perry Aberle as signature NO.6. My concern here is that Mr. Aberle is also listed as the circulator of the petition. My understanding is that state law says that a circulator cannot witness his own signature. That same sheet has two names (No. 22, Louis Hebert and No. 23, Rita Roberge) that do not list a city. The form was not filled out correctly, so their signatures should not be allowed . • Finally, on a third sheet, the No.2 petitioner (Ronald Labonte) also has no city listed. Again, the form was not filled out correctly. Together, that makes a total of seven signatures that should not be counted as qualified signatures on the petition. This means that fewer than an appropriate number of signatures were collected for Ms. Twomey to be a qualified as a candidate in the primary election. MAR-23-2016 11:37 Secretary of State Also, there is no complete "Primary Candidate's Consent and Certification of Enrollment" sheet for Ms. Twomey. Instead, there are two incomplete sheets. Again, this would make Ms. Twomey ineligible for being a candidate for the primary election. I look forward to a public hearing concerning the validity of these signatures and the Consent and Certification of Enrollment sheet. My contact information is above - please contact me about a time and place and I will be there. . erely, ..a..JC::~ ~ avid Flood P.002
