Reasons why this Stop Work Order was issued: 1. (pneumatically applied concrete) was used in an overhead application on the arches located above escalators E1 and E2. This method is not what was speci?ed in the signed drawings for which the Temporary Construction Permit was issued. A plan to address Code concerns was . developed at a July 1, 2013 meeting and has been discussed and documented subsequently. This plan must be completed and the results must be acceptable to the required parties at 2. Signi?cant amounts of water leaks have been observed. Water infiltration issue must he addressed. All work at Site I taking place under the systems and ?nishes contract, 026505. shall cease immediately.
