As you are Very aware, with the exception of Madison Street, the sellers have paid the broker commissions on every property we have purchased. Madison was a unique situation in that Isaac asked us to pay a portion ofthe broker fee to defer the price reduction he conceded to make the project viable for us. As for the pricing, Isaac had already quoted the same price prior to our communication. Lastly, Isaac is not the owner omits property and my agreement will be with Joseph Lichtman who 1 met through Isaac at Madison Street however Isaac has indicated you were going to be pan of this transaction. I would ask that you confirm these facts with Isaac and 1 would appreciate the opportunity to discuss with you further. I am sorry for the misunderstanding. Thank you. Anachcd is a copy of the new map. in addition, we would he interested to hcar about larger vacant properties anywhere in Brooklyn, noljusl confined to these census tracts (although these ones will likely continue to be our main focus). Due to the federal funds that we have been allocated. the census tracts in which we spend the nioncy have to have relatively high foreclosure/vacancy scales. so affluent neighborhoods are unlikely to qualify, although I am happy to check the score for any properties you my be aware of.
