Hello back at you and Happy Memorial Day- I think it would be good insurance since we really
don?t have any freeboard and a couple of iffys in the pipeline. 1 think we need someone on the
ground identifying vacant buildings (new construction would take too long). We're already
tapped into the brokerage community through Jordan. We need to ?nd buildings that aren't
listed. I'm thinking someone who would drive or better yet, walk each block in our tracts looking
for opportunities. The Jefferson building I researched before is now vacant and I am speaking
with the owner. This is the building the owner took back from his tenant who was using it as a
halfway house. The challenge with this one is the recent occupany. Let's talk more Tuesday.

Hello,

Given that we would really bene?t from acquiring another property by December, do you think it

would be to hire someone on a temporary basis to ?nd us a building. I am concerned
that if we hit any kind of snag with the current pipeline we don?t have enough cushion.

It?s possible also, that we could ask for a census tract change if we found something near our
geography.

Thoughts?
