Enclosed please ?nd a Second Addendum to the Stipulated Order on Consent between Plaintiff People
of the State of New York and Defendants Isaac Katz and Joel Silberstein in the above?referenced action. We are
respectfully submitting this document to be So Ordered by the Court.

The original Stipulation, annexed as Exhibit A, was entered into on November 21, 2006 and So Ordered
by this Court. Amoeg other terms, this Stipulation required Defendants Katz and Silberstein to pay money
damages in nine installments to a prescribed payment schedule. The payment schedule was adjusted
pursuant to an addendum which was So Ordered by this Court. The enclosed second Addendum adjusts the
Defendants? payment schedule for the remainder of the moneys owed, with the next payment due on June 30,

2010.

This Addendum is entered into by and between Plaintiff THE PEOPLE  

OF NEW YORK, by Andrew M. Cuorno, Attorney Generai of the State of New York (?the
and Defendants Isaac Ketz (?Katz?) and Yoel Silberstein (?Silberstein?).

The parties acting through their respective attorneys hereby agree to the following:

1. Pursuant to Section 8.2 of the Stipulated Order on Consent (index no: 405062/06)
entered into by the parties on November 21 2006 (hereinafter referred to as ?Order?), Plaintiff in
its sole discretion grants Defendants Katz and Silberstein an extension of time to comply with
provision 3.2 of the Order.

2. Section 3.2 shall be medi?ed to read: ?Katz and Silberste?in shall satisfy this
provision in two installments according to the following amended schedule:

$130,000 payable on or before June 30, 2010;
$130,000 payabie on or before October 3 2010.

 

 

3. All other provisions and terms ofthe Order, annexed hereto as Exhibit A, are
incorporated by reference and shall remain valid and binding on the parties.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Plaintiff and Defendants Katz and Silberstein, intending to be
