1. The Seller transfers to the Purchaser 1.000 shares with no par value in the share capital of
the BVI business company named having its registered of?ce at Akara
Bldg, 24 De Castro Street, Wickhams Cay 1, Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands,
with registration numb er 143 63 5 9.

2. The total price for the shares is 1 USD.

3. The present agreement is subject to the laws Of the Territory of the British Virgin Islands.
In case of dispute the court of British Virgin Islands have sole jurisdiction.
