DEED OF TERMINATION OF THE EXCEL 2000 TRUST

I, JOHN ADDO KUFUOR, male, British, of legal age, holder of British Passport No.

pursuant to the powers conferred upon me by ARTICLE FIVE of the
trust deed of THE EXCEL 2000 TRUST (from herein after ?the Trust Deed?), in my
condition of settlor of such trust, I hereby revoke in whole the Trust Deed and
instruct the Trustee, Mossack Fonseca Co. (BVI) Ltd. (from herein after ?The
Trustee?), to distribute the funds deposited in bank account No. ?at
CREDICORP BANK, Panama, (?the trust funds?) in the following manner:

a. The amount of 2,825.75 to MOSSACK FONSECA CO. (UK) LTD for
the settlement of service invoice No. -, for 350, and service
invoice No. for 2,475.75.

The abovementioned funds shall be transferred to the following bank

b. The remaining balance of the account shall be transferred to the following
