Colleen#asked#that#I#send#a#weekly#update#on#Regional#Plan#communica;ons#as#we#head#into#the#last
few#weeks#before#the#Board#is#scheduled#to#adopt#the#Plan.##Here#is#what#is#planned#for#this#week:

We’ll#be#doing#Facebook#posts#(two#or#three#a#week)#plus#a#fair#amount#on#TwiGer#(one#or#two#tweets#a
day).#In#addi;on,#we#will#be#carefully#monitoring#conversa;ons#that#are#going#on#via#social#media
regarding#the#regional#plan.#And#we#will#be#more#proac;vely#taking#part#in#those#conversa;ons.#(We
will#keep#our#messages#very#posi;ve.#We#won’t#get#into#extensive,#nega;ve#back#and#forth
conversa;ons.#But#we#will#post#responses#and#make#key#points#in#ongoing#conversa;ons#about#the
regional#plan#or#other#directly#related#issues.)

We’ll#send#out#an#eblast#to#our#stakeholders#list#upda;ng#them#on#the#status#of#the#plan,#recent
ac;vi;es#etc.#(This#should#go#out#midLweek.)

Also,#our#stakeholders#outreach#team#will#be#reaching#out#to#community#leaders#and#organiza;ons#on
an#onLgoing#basis.

Monday#–#Chair#Dale,#Vice#Chair#Roberts,#TC#Chair#Gloria,#Gary#and#Muggs#will#visit#the#UT#editorial
board#seeking#editorial#support#for#the#regional#plan.

Wednesday#–#our#regular#communica;ons#mee;ng

Thursday#–#Muggs,#Rob,#Jose#and#I#will#meet#with#editors#and#reporters#at#KPBS#to#offer#a#briefing#on
the#plan.
