The United States moves to dismiss the Complaint against Defendant, Timothy M.
Longmeyer, citing a soon-to-be-filed Information charging Defendant for the conduct described
in the Complaint. DE #10 (Motion). Federal Rule of Criminal Procedure 48(a) allows the
Government to dismiss a complaint with leave of the court. Accordingly, the Court GRANTS
the United States’s motion (DE #10). The Court DISMISSES the Complaint WITHOUT
PREJUDICE and STRIKES the matter from the active docket.
