The study, titled $1.14 Billion Strong, collected and analyzed financial data from band operations throughout Atlantic Canada. This economic + impact study shows that the aggregate Indigenous band, community, organizational and business spending, as well as net household spending have a + total impact of $1.14 billion. The Indigenous population is the fastest growing and NB youngest in Canada and we are committed to leveraging our communities’ = economic potential to grow a prosperous Atlantic region.
