4. Enforcement. Because of the specialized nature of Subcontractors services, the shortness of time

between the execution of this contract and the deadline for submitting petition signatures in Arizona during
the 2016 election and the infeasibility of retaining suitable replacement sewices, monetary damages
would not adequately redress any breach of this Agreement The Parties. therefore agree
that the Contractor shall be entitled to a temporary restraining Order 0" injuncti?T relief in the event of
