THAN THE PAPI SYSTEM. FDX PILOT REPORTED THAT THEY
INITIALLY THOUGHT THE BRIGHT WHITE LIGHT WAS THE "VASI".
REPORTS WERE RECEIVED ON 11/18/2014, FROM 1712-1801PST. ALL
FLIGHTS LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT.
