Jim is out of town currently, but when he gets back into town, we can definitely set up a time to meet to discuss the next concert. When he gets back in the office, I will get with him to coordinate a couple of dates and get those back to you to set up the meeting. Have a great weekend. We did however get reports of the stadium lights strobe lights being at least 2000 feet into the air. Had we been operating from the other runway end or this was on any other night than Saturday, this could have been a large concern to arriving traffic. The FX/pyro group have been great and from those reports, spot on and in compliance with the requirements-thank you for the support in that area. With this last concert being the first and on a Saturday (our slowest day for air traffic) I wanted to see how things went with lighting. I would like to meet with you prior to the next concert, which I believe is the Grateful Dead at the end of June. We are open to having Mike or another representative be at the rehearsal prior to the next event to help work with the group that is doing the next concert - - if that will help? I know you both know that Mike is not afraid to provide them feedback on what could be an impact to aircrew safety. Please let us know what we can do to help keep this successful for everyone, fans and those that fly in/out of the airport. Let?s catch up soon, Tonya Last One I Swear
