Though we don’t have any hard evidence, we believe when we flight checked the lights and
Jumbo-Tron, the stadium had the Tron on its lowest setting.  There are 10 events scheduled
for Levi through December 5th, mostly weekends. On September 6th a night Soccer Match is
to be played.  May be  good opportunity to view the lights.
 
We are also concerned with lighting at the now being constructed Earthquake Stadium which
is adjacent to the SJC.  We would like to mitigate the Levi lights somehow, and get ahead of
the Earthquake Stadium, as well.

Brian,
 

I received  your voice message.  Tonya Patterson and I have traded emails, but have not
been available at the same time to talk.  I am departing the office in about an hour for a doctor’s
appointment, then will be on A/L through the 15th.  I’m trying to wrap up some loose ends, so won’t
be able to put any energy into Levi Stadium today.   Dennis Fogarty gets back to his office on
Monday the 8th.  I’ll hand this effort back off to him so we can keep moving.
