Hi all,

At The Mill, we opened a restaurant based on great food that provides a
good place for locals to gather. I apologize that misspoke regarding some
of the sources where we purvey our foods and in no way did I ever
intentionally mislead our guests into believing that we are a full-service
farm-to-table restaurant.

We strive to buy local whenever available and make every effort to do so.

Florida has some amazing purveyors and farmers but sometimes because
of our seasonal challenges we are forced to source food elsewhere to
ensure our loyal customers experience the same menu they love over and
over again. The quality of our food has always been our top prioritysupportive of local resources when it?s available. We are not
farm to table but always support fresh, flavorful food.

We are grateful for the community?s support, and we will continue to serve
our award-winning menu. We are proud to be a part of St. Petersburg?s
thriving downtown and will continue to be good community partners.

well as Cahaba Club in Oldsmar. We carry five kinds of micro-greens.

Our Blood Sorrel Comes from Uriah?s Urban Farm in Tampa.

Our Orange juice, lemon juice, and lime juice are from Natalie?s Orchid
Island Juice Company in Fort Pierce, FL.

Our Swiss chard and collard greens come from Cee Bees Farm and citrus
in Odessa, FL.

Our honey and honeycomb are from Florida Wildflower Goldenrod Apiaries
in Orlando, FL.

Our bread servings are from Mitello?s Bakery in Orlando. FL.

- Multi-Grain
- Cuban Bread

- Plus bread for lunch specials

Milk, Buttermilk, and Heavy Cream all come Daikin Dairy in Myakka City,
FL, and are purveyed distributed by Sutter?s and Fresh Point.

Our pecans and pistachios come from Belgium Nut Co. located in St.
Cloud, FL, "Simply Nuts.?
