This Agreement is made and entered into by and between The City of Seattle ("the City?), a Washington
municipal corporation, through its Department of Planning and Development. as represented by the
Director; and CollinsWoerman. T10 Second Avenue. Suite 1400, Seattle. Washington 98104
(?Consultant?). a corporation of the State of Washington and authorized to do business in the State of
Washington.

The original agreement for consultant services for Unreinforced Masonry (URM) Retrofit Program Cost
Benefit Analysis is amended as follows. This amendment expands the scope of the original contract to
include additional meeting and presentation time, additional review and revision rounds on the benefits
cost report. and an extension of the timeline for completion of the cost benefit analysis. All other terms
and conditions of the original Agreement, as amended, remain in effect.

1. TERM OF AGREEMENT.
The end date for the contract scope of work is revised from ?August 31. 2014? to ?December 31, 2014."

3. SCOPE OF WORK.
Additional Work is added to Task 5 in the Scope of work as follows:

TASK 59. Prepare Draft and Final Report and Organize DPD Team Review and Lead External
Presentations.

The unanticipated complexity of the analysis has necessitated additional review and revisions of report.
meetings with Council and presentations to the URM Policy Committee. Costs for additional
presentations, meetings. and report review:

4. PAYMENT.

Payment for the Scope of work of the original contract and tasks included in this amendment shall not
