provided to you.

1. Does Community Salely Glasgow own, or have access to, any virtual base lransceiver
station devices lor idenlilying the International Mobile Subscriber ldenlity (IMSI)
ol a nearby mobile phone and inlercepting or blocking ils calls? These
devices are sometimes also known as IMSI calchers, or "Stingrays."

2. Does Community Salely Glasgow allow other organisations, such as the Police, lo
mainlain or operate any ol these types of devices on its premises or property? ll so,
please conlirm which vehicles or propeny have had lhese devices deployed within them,
lhe dates when the deployment oocurred and the name ol the other organisations
involved. Please supply any documentation that oullines arrangemenls belween
Communily Salety Glasgow and any olher third pany organisation thal relales to the use
ol such devices on CSG property or premises.

3. Does Community Salely Glasgow have any records ol a third pany organisation using a
device of lhis nature on its propeny, or in such a way thal it allects its clients or
customers, whether explicitly authorised by Community Salely Glasgow or not? ll so,

how to appeal to the Scottish Information Commissioner if you are still dissatisfied with CSG’s
response.
You must request an internal review by CSG before an appeal request can be directed to the
Scottish Information Commissioner.
Thereafter a decision by the Scottish Information Commissioner may be appealed, on a point of
law, to the Court of Session.
If you wish to submit a complaint to CSG in relation to the manner in which it has handled your
request for information then you can do so by requesting that CSG review its decision. Details
