Kingston has participated in the H2B program since the early 1990's. Based upon recent trends and last year's actuals a determination has been made that the resort is best served by filing 2 applications to handle our peak load needs. The first application was from March 1, 2016 through September 15, 2016 and this application is from May 15, 2016 through November 5, 2016. Please note we are filing for 9 less Housekeepers than last year, but have the same start and end dates. By filing for 46 temporary housekeepers for this application, we are better in line with what our forecasted peak load business demands for the coming season based on the economy, current bookings, special events and reservations. We need to increase the temporary workers on staff to handle this maximum workforce demand during our peak load season.
