"Novus Health Services has built a strong reputation for providing quality,
compassionate care to close to 2,000 patients and their families across Northern
Texas. As Novus Health Services has stated previously, Novus Health Services
and its staff adhere to plans of care and physician orders established by each
patient's physician with the oversight of a hospice medical physician. All patient
treatments were administered by a licensed RN and/or LVN, and in accordance
with plans of care and physician orders. Any thorough review conducted as part of
a fair and objective process by a State agency or any authority would prove there
were no violations by Novus Health Services.”
