NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Seattle Deposition Reporters is appointed to examine the above-named defendant/respondent (deposition costs) in order to perform independent expert professional assistance for the defendant/respondent, pursuant to the provisions of RCW 10.77 or RCW 71.09.
