AGREEMENT AND GENERAL RELEASE

That 1, Fernanda Lopez Aguilar (the "Releasor?), residing at  
for good and valuable consideration received from Yale University ("Yale") of
$2,000, less applicable FICA and withholding taxes, the receipt of which is
hereby acknowledged, hereby voluntarily, knowingly and willingly release and
forever discharge Yale and its current and former employees, Officers, Fellows,
attorneys and agents and each heir, executor, administrator, successor or assign
or any of them (individually and collectively referred to as the ?Releasee?) from
any and all actions, causes of action, suits, debts, covenants, contracts,
controversies, agreements, promises, damages, claims, complaints and demands
whatsoever in law or equity, against the Releasee, which I or my heirs, executors,
successors and assigns ever had, now have or hereafter can, shall or may have
for, upon, or by reason of any matter, cause or thing whatsoever from the
beginning of the world to the day of the date of this Release connected to or
arising from my work or research for Professor Thomas Pogge, including any
promises of. employment or appointment as a researcher or fellow, and any
allegations of sexual. harassment ("my claim?). Without limiting the generality of
the foregoing, I also agree not to file any complaints, charges or lawsuits of any
kind with any municipal, state or federal agency or in federal or state court
seeking to recover for myself damages for any alleged wrongful act in connection
with my claim including without limitation any right or claim arising under the
Connecticut Fair Employment Practices Act. I agree that I will not disclose the
terms of this agreement and release to any person or entity without the prior
written consent of Yale, except if required by law and to my accountants,
attorneys and or immediate family members provided that, to the maximum
extent permitted by applicable law, they agree to maintain the confidentiality of
this agreement and release.
